 Return Policy Complimentary Shipping Utopia Diamonds 14-Day Return Policy Utopia Diamonds' wants to guarantee your satisfaction with any jewelry or diamond you may purchase from us. That is why we offer a 14-day money back guarantee. All customers have 14 days from the date that the item arrives to its shipping destination to return or exchange their item for any reason. To return or exchange an item, simply: 1. Call our customer service at 1-888-507-8545 to confirm your return or exchange. 2. Secure your item and the diamond certificate, if applicable, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not). 3. Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Utopia is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please also note that FedEx will not insure your jewelry. 4. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area. Mail the package to: Utopia Diamonds 36 West 47th Street, Suite 1205 New York, NY 10036 Please be careful: You should NOT write the words "jewelry", "diamonds" or any other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package. Conditions of Return Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules: The item needs to be returned within 14 days following the date that the package arrives to you. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund. If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a $200 replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be charged. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are refunded if the return is a result of an error on behalf of Utopia. Return Time All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
